Peripheral neuropathy is damage to the peripheral nerves. These are the nerves that connect your spinal cord to the rest of your body.
How do we treat this condition?
Peripheral nerve block at the ankle (PNB) is a simple set of injections to nerves in the ankle which temporarily blocks them.
This is used for neuropathy pain which can come from a variety of underlying
conditions. They are done at weekly intervals for a period of time that corresponds to
increased clinical improvement and reduced pain.
